Goulburn council No. 36 held the final meeting of 2025 at Radcliffe Masonic Hall on Saturday 20th December with the introduction of two new candidiates into Grand Tylers of Solomon
The District Grand Prefect Graham Newton and a delegation of District Officers of the year accompanied the event, where Goulburn put on a rather good show. The gathering began with a Royal Ark Mariner Meeting of Mount Horeb TI. Several items of business were covered prior to the Council meeting.

The ceremony of Grand Tyler’s of Solomon was delivered expertly by the three principal officers, John Green, David Rainford, and Shaun Higson, the District Grand Prefect mentioned that he was pleased to see the ceremony delivered to such a high standard.
Both candidates performed their parts well. Ian Paul was completing his fifth and final ceremony, whilst Jason Hardman was on his second ceremony. From comments later in the day, they both thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
The lunch was a sumptuous fish, chips, and peas. Far more than a mere mortal to consume on a Saturday lunch. The brethren had a very enjoyable social board together with the meeting ending at a sensible time around 4:00 pm.

The meetings of Goulburn Council are very enjoyable and the brethren would welcome visitors to join them . If you are lucky you could be offered a role to play.
