Please find attached the Summons for our meeting on Wednesday 25th March 2026, the minutes of our September 2025 meeting, a booking form for the meeting together with a map showing Chorley Car Parks.
It is important that I give the Caterer an accurate number dining, it is therefore vital that I receive a reply.The Catering rule require meals to be booked seven days prior to the meeting.
Apologies and your attendance and any guest notification acceptable by email, the Treasurer would appreciate meal payments preferable by BACS details on booking form. Please confirm BACS Payment to me.
